Ask Zenyum: 5 Questions Everyone Can’t Stop Asking

3 December 2020

It’s no secret. Customers love Zenyum and they can’t stop raving about us.

But don’t take our word for it. Hear from our customers, Izzuddin and Cherie! No wonder we’re getting a ton of questions on what exactly goes into the secret sauce that makes the Zenyum process irresistible.

Here are the top five questions on every customer’s mind.

No filters. No up-sell.

We give you the answers you need straight-up.

1. Can I go to the clinic directly?

In theory yes, but…

Why would you want to when you can get pre-assessed for FREE and in the comfort of your home?

The Zenyum pre-assessment is simple. You fill out an online survey and submit photos of your teeth to get pre-assessed. Once our council of dentist and orthodontists evaluate your suitability for Zenyum invisible braces, do you need to come down to the clinic for a consultation.

This ensures only suitable candidates are booked in for appointments (which cost around RM350).

There is a lot that can be concluded from just looking at your teeth picturesthey help our dentists to better understand your teeth concerns and identify which treatment plan you need.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can get the most out of your pre-assessment pictures.

With a pre-assessment, you save time and money, and we can manage our customers’ expectations while optimising our partner dentist’s chair time.

2. I can’t afford Zenyum invisible braces, but I want to straighten my teeth – What do I do?

At pricing starting from RM 6,399 and capped at RM 9,999 Zenyum is one of the most value for money, safe and effective orthodontic treatments out there in the market. By leveraging technology, we optimise our operations so we can pass on the savings to you.

We believe that everyone has the right to a confident smile. However, we recognise that a lot of our customers tend to be in their 20’s, working their first jobs, and might not find this cost accessible. This is why we have two payment options available:

  1. 0% instalment plan
  2. one-time payment of your entire treatment cost.

Our instalment plan offers you the flexibility to get straighter teeth even on a budget. Find out more about Zenyum’s pricing breakdown here.

3. Can I fix just my upper or lower teeth?

Say you only want to fix some minor imperfections on your upper teeth but don’t want to shift your lower teeth – can you do that?

While every Zenyum treatment plan is unique to you and can be customised to your liking, our ultimate goal is to provide a holistic solution with better and more predictable results. This means treating both your upper and lower teeth.

If your teeth are crooked on one jaw only, we can customise your treatment plan so the tooth movement will primarily be focused on that arch, with just small movements of the teeth of the opposing jaw.

4. Is Zenyum effective? When can I start seeing results?

ZenyumClear Aligners have helped thousands of people across Asia unlock their best smile ever – all while making the process easy to navigate and hassle-free!

Treatment time with Zenyum varies, as each case is unique and can span from anywhere between 3 to 15 months depending on the complexity of teeth movement. You typically start seeing results after 2 to 3 months of consistent wear.

5. I’ve seen cheaper invisible braces online. Why is yours more expensive?

An excellent question!

While there are indeed other clear aligner options out there — some of which look more affordable than Zenyum’s — we believe strongly in the adage:

"You get what you pay for."

Some cheaper invisible braces sellers believe in delivering value by taking dentist visits out of the equation and hence saving you time in the clinic. This is not only irresponsible but downright risky.

A braces solution with no monitoring by a qualified dentist in a professional clinic setting could lead to irreversible damage.

That’s why Zenyum insists on giving our customers:

  • minimum of 3 clinic visits with a qualified dentist, and
  • Access to dentists as well dedicated customer care team with the Zenyum app.
