Getting started
Starting your Zenyum journey is a quick and hassle-free process. To get started, fill out our easy pre-assessment survey.
Enter your details and specify what you would like to fix about your teeth using ZenyumClear™ Aligners. This survey helps our doctors pre-assess you and better gauge your expectations.
Get approved
Once you submit the survey, you will be prompted to snap and upload some pictures of your teeth from different angles, for pre-assessment. Tap on Send, and our council of dental experts will receive your photos and start evaluating your condition immediately.
What happens during your pre-assessment?
Our council of dental experts evaluate the pictures of your teeth to understand your suitability for ZenyumClear™ Aligners. This evaluation is free of charge. Moreover, you will know the outcome of this process within 2-3 working days.
Get scanned
Once your pictures are approved, you will have to attend a consultation session at a Hong Kong licensed dental clinic.
At your appointment, our doctors will take X-rays, conduct a teeth scanning and do a physical assessment of your teeth. This is the last stage of your pre-assessment process. You will know the results of your consultation within 2-3 weeks after your appointment.
Get smiling
After the consultation, you will receive a treatment plan – a 3D simulation of your smile transformation. Once you have approved your treatment plan and initiated payment, your ZenyumClear™ Aligners will go into production.
Smile more
In 3 weeks we will have to attend a fitting session for your ZenyumClear™ Aligners. If necessary, your treating dentist will conduct a process called Interproximal Reduction (IPR), to create minor gaps between your teeth. This is a crucial step in your smile transformation as it helps make space of your teeth to move.
In just 3 to 9 months, you will achieve a confident, new smile!
