Research has shown that apple cider vinegar, with its low pH levels, can be acidic enough to weaken your tooth enamel, which results in increased tooth sensitivity and potentially more decay and cavities.

“Solution 3” Coconut Oil and Peppermint Leaf
This solution is by far the most interesting.
