Eligibility

Our invisible braces can cover a wide range of ages and treat a variety of mild to complex cases/malocclusions. But sometimes, we just can’t correct all orthodontic issues.

Ages right for Zenyum

When it comes to age, Zenyum Invisible Braces are suited for adults aged 21 and up. In fact, we’ve transformed the smiles of many adults who thought they were too old already to get braces.

Being in my 50s, I thought the concept of having straight teeth was past me. Then a friend recommended Zenyum, and after just a few short months, my teeth are straighter than it’s ever been. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My customer care consultant, Kristofer, was a great help with my queries. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants straighter teeth, without the painful experience of braces.

Smile Tip: We now also offer our clear aligners for teens and can help those as young as 16 to 20 years old get their dream smiles!

Severity of teeth conditions

Every smile journey begins with our free smile assessment. If you’re eligible, the appropriate treatment will be prescribed based on the complexity of your condition.

To recap, we offer two kinds of treatments:

ZenyumClear™

ZenyumClear™ Plus

  • Starting at S$2,650
  • For mild to moderate teeth conditions
  • Treatment for 3 – 9 months
  • From S$3,990 – S$4,490
  • Treats moderate to complex cases
  • Treatment for 9 – 16 months

Some examples of extremely severe cases that may not be suitable for ZenyumClear™ Plus to treat are:

  • Cases that require extractions due to severe crowding/protrusion
  • Cases of pre-existing bite issues

Smile Tip: Treatments and case severity are looked at on a case by case basis. Treating dentists will still be the best to advise on eligibility for Zenyum Invisible Braces.

Affordability

Costs and other fees

Here’s a quick recap of the breakdown of our costs for an entire Zenyum journey. Other than the braces themselves, costs you’ll encounter along your clear aligners journey include:

  • Initial doctor consultation (S$150 – S$186)
  • Re-scans post-treatment (S$100)
  • Retainers (S$300)

All in, this makes for a total of $3,200 – $3,236 for the entire ZenyumClear™ treatment, and $4,540 – $5,076 for the entire ZenyumClear™Plus treatment. Compared to other types of braces, this entire treatment plan is still the most affordable way to go.

Payment plans

We offer a variety of payment options for you to choose from with both types of treatment. Make a one-time payment or opt for interest-free monthly instalments from any of our Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) partners.

Personalisation of treatment plans

Dental Consultations

If you’re eligible for our clear aligners, you’ll be able to get a personalised treatment plan from a treating dentist. On your first consultation, the treating dentist will align with you on what your goals are for your braces journey. From there, they will model your complete set of aligners – which you will be able to receive and fit by the second consultation.

Throughout your entire Zenyum process, you will only need a maximum of 4 visits to your dentist. Once you get started, most of the treatment monitoring will be done through the Zenyum app. From there, there will only be 1 or 2 more physical consultations that you’ll need to do.

Duration of treatment

Unlike the standard 2-year treatment for most braces, the duration of your clear aligners journey can range between 3 months to 15 months depending on the severity of your case.

I'm so glad to be onboard Zenyum Clear aligners journey since December 2022. Now that I have completed my 7-month smile plan, I'm pretty satisfied with the results. Even having to touch up a little, the processes were fuss free!

My treatment with zenyum was a pleasant one. Would like to thank Meiru for her consistent updates and replies. She also tries to expedite the treatment plan and aligners production when I gave her a feedback saying that it’s taking longer than actual 😕 Overall, I’m super happy with the results after wearing it consistently for 6-7 months. The key is DO NOT GIVE UP AND CONSISTENT!! I only see drastic changes after wearing set 12/28, its long but super worth it 😝

Lifestyle changes

Comfort

Although you might experience some initial discomfort when switching between aligner sets, you’ll still be able to comfortably live your life without much change.

For instance, compared to metal braces, you can remove your invisible braces during meal times and enjoy your food as per normal. Your actual diet will also not be as restricted either.

Smile Tip: Switch to a new set of aligners just before bedtime, so you can sleep through the initial discomfort and feel better the next day.
